31 mar 2021

The 54-story, 282-meter-high ICD Brookfield Place, designed by Foster + Partners, is the first major project to get under way at the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC) since the onset of the 2008 financial crisis.
It contains more than 83,613 square meters of office space and connects to an adjacent, 13,935-square-meter, five-story retail center. There is also a 1,672-square-meter public area flanked by restaurants that will feature regular arts and cultural events, and the complex will have parking for 2,700 cars.

Swissboring (a Trevi Group Company) mobilized as the subcontractor for the enabling works on ICD Brookfield Place project at middle of March 2016. The scope of work included the construction of 12,000 m² of new diaphragm wall, 850 number of piles diameter ranging between 1,000 mm to 1,500 mm and more than 2,000 number of ground anchors, both on existing and new diaphragm wall. Production started on early April. (discover more -->)
