The Group makes development, research and design its underlying mission and intends to dedicate itself with commitment and passion towards the construction of useful bases for the socioeconomic development of many cultures and of the environment. Through an initial public offering in 1999 and numerous significant acquisitions, such as Icos, Swissboring and Rodio, its roots have expanded leading them to spread globally in all continents with direct offices and representative branches.
Trevi has strengthened and solidified its roots through its significant project experiences and continues to design, build and offer innovative technologies and services for any underground engineering project. We have attainted the reputation we have in the global market because we have strong and deep roots, roots that are as long as our history.

The Quality, Safety and Environmental Policy is part of a tradition endorsed by Davide Trevisani who, since the Trevi Group’s establishment in 1957, has been advocating people and work as the primary object of his own “mission”.
The Quality, Safety and Environmental culture has always been Trevi’s distinctive feature, the “visiting card” that the Company has been showing off on the National and International market.
Since 1995 Trevi has obtained the certifications that officially state the conformity of the Quality, Safety and Environmental System with the strict European standards UNI-EN ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Trevi's Ethic Code is the same as the Trevi Group’s one and it points out all commitments and ethic responsibilities employees have to comply with when carrying out business and general company activities.
Considering what above, the Company strongly deems that ethic principles should pervade all its activities, since ethics is a prerequisite in order to achieve success; it’s a remarkably effective tool to promote the company image and, at the same time, it also represents a heritage of values that will never cease to inspire the company.
Bearing this in mind, Trevi decided to adopt this Code which, being aligned with all principles of fairness, loyalty and honesty already shared in the past by the company, is now destined to manage all its activities through the definition of behavioral prescriptions setting the main general principles of reference.
Trevi, always willing to ensure fair and clear conditions in the management of business and company activities and in conformity with the expectations of its own shareholders and with the work of its employees, has implemented the Form for the Organization, Management and Control (Law Decree 231/2001), in accordance with the Trevi Group’s company policy.
The adoption of said Form 231/2001, also in view of the issuing of the Ethic Code of the Group, was deemed as necessary in order to strengthen the acceptance of an organizational and functional behaviour that is fair and straightforward, in carrying out all working activities, and such as to prevent the risk of committing crimes and torts.
The company has drafted the Form with the aim of making its own organizational system complying with the requirements envisaged by the Law Decree 231/2011, in conformity with the principles already rooted in its governance culture and with the guidelines issued by Confindustria.Go to Model 231 (in Italian only)
Trevi Group is a worldwide leader in the field of soil engineering (special foundations, tunnel excavation, soil consolidation and the building and marketing of special rigs and equipment relevant to this engineering sector); the Group is also active in the drilling sector (oil, gas and water) both in the production of plant and the supply of services, and it also builds automated underground car parks.
The Group was established in Cesena in 1957 and today has more than 30 branches and is present in over 80 countries. Its success is due to the vertical integration of the main divisions in making up the Group.
The parent company TREVI – Finanziaria Industriale Spa has been listed on the Milan stock exchange since July 1999.
